Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions relating to the booking, operation of, and payment for an on-demand flight through BlackJet 2.0. (“BlackJet”) on behalf of the individual or entity requesting the on-demand flight service (“Client”) are set forth below. BlackJet 2.0 and Client are sometimes referred to in these terms and conditions individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.

General

Flights provided by BlackJet 2.0 for Client are performed by independent, third-party FAA-licensed and DOT-registered air carriers (each, an “Air Carrier”) that have undergone BlackJet 2.0’s safety assessment.

Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions relating to the booking, operation of, and payment for an on-demand flight through BlackJet 2.0. (“BlackJet”) on behalf of the individual or entity requesting the on-demand flight service (“Client”) are set forth below. Flights provided by BlackJet 2.0 for Client are performed by independent, third-party FAA-licensed and DOT-registered air carriers (each, an “Air Carrier”) that have undergone BlackJet 2.0’s safety assessment.

Cancellation Policy

One-way or multi-leg bookings on aircraft categorized as midsize or larger are non-refundable once confirmed.

All other bookings can be cancelled within 48 hours for members and 72 hours for non-members from the originally scheduled departure time for a 100% refund in BlackJet 2.0 Credit.

About your flight

BlackJet 2.0 is not an air carrier and does not own or operate any aircraft. BlackJet 2.0 acts as a principal, i.e. an indirect air carrier, when contracting for and reselling air transportation to its customers as authorized by U.S. Department of Transportation regulations (14 CFR Part 295). All flights arranged or sold by BlackJet 2.0. are performed by independent, third-party air carriers
